I have bought a song, can I use it in a performance?
We love to see our music being used around the world. You absolutely can use our songs in a performance. We would love to see it! However, if you perform the song to a group or in public, you will need to purchase a license from you local Performing Rights Organization. If you are a church using our music in a WORSHIP service, you can perform our music free of charge. However, any use outside of a worship service will need a licence. Can I upload the performance anywhere online?
- You have purchased a licence.
- You have abided by the licence
- You have purchased the song or video and you have not illegally acquired the song or video
- If posting on your website, you must give credit to Love to Sing by following the below.
- You must send a link of your upload to [email protected]
How do I give Love to Sing credit?
If you are posting your video or any Love to Sing content on your organizations or personal website, use the below code. You can copy and paste this into any text editor and it will generate a link for you.

Amazing! That makes us so happy to know you want to use our song. However, it would require a licence over and above your purchase to cover copyright. Please email us [email protected] to discuss a customised licence.
Why can I not use a song as I wish?
Whilst we have a large catalogue of our own original music and arrangements for public domain songs, and we also have a catalogue of songs in which we have licensed from the respective copyright owners. We have strict terms we need to abide by with those songs, which means we operate under the same guise with our catalogue in all respects.
Music is powerful and can truly spread so much joy around the world. Our goal is to reach every corner of the globe with our music and to bring as much happiness to people as possible, however, there are a lot of people that do not respect copyright. That means, we need to protect our work.
